Do you offer pre-set menus?
No. Every menu is custom-designed to suit each client’s tastes, dietary needs, and the overall concept of the event.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
During the planning process, you will receive a preference form where you can specify dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal preferences for you and your guests. Our team takes these details very seriously.
Is it possible to speak with the culinary team before booking?
Absolutely. Our team is available to answer questions, discuss menu ideas, and explore creative concepts prior to confirmation. We can schedule a call or contact us directly via email.
Where does B&Co offer its services?
B&Co provides services worldwide and beyond. From private residences and yachts to remote destinations or even the Moon, we curate experiences wherever our clients envision them. If we are not yet familiar with your specific location, we will happily scout it to ensure your vision becomes a reality.
What happens if B&Co needs to cancel a service?
In the unlikely event that B&Co must cancel a service, a full refund will be issued, and our team will assist in rescheduling or arranging an alternative experience under similar conditions, if desired.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period provided prior to the scheduled Event date: 45 to 31 days prior to the Event: 30% of the total amount due will be charged as Final Payment. 30 to 15 days prior to the Event: 50% of the total amount due will be charged as Final Payment. 14 days or less prior to the Event: 80% of the total amount due will be charged as Final Payment. Same-day cancellation: 100% of the total amount due will be charged as Final Payment. All cancellation fees are due on the day the Event is officially canceled.
How are cancellation fees calculated?
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the Guaranteed Guest Count provided by the Client at least 72 hours prior to the Event. If no Guaranteed Guest Count is provided, the guest count outlined in the original Proposal will be used to determine the applicable charges.
How are cancellation fees processed?
By signing the Agreement, the Client authorizes B&Co to charge any applicable cancellation fees to the credit card on file and agrees not to dispute such charges.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
When requesting a menu, you may select an estimated range for your group size. The final guest count will be confirmed after booking and prior to the event.
